Get away and relax
in the oceanfront rural setting of Makaha! Whales are often
visible from November through March. At your
disposal are very secure, clean and
fully-furnished oceanfront condos - situated on
the western coast of Oahu, Hawaii.
Enjoy beautiful sunsets, walks in the tropical
gardens, or a swim in the nearby beach or one of
the several pools. These are one bedroom, one
bath 400 s.f. condos which sleep a max of 4
persons (queen bed and full-size futon),
complete with full kitchen and free parking. The
amenities include A/C in the living area,
ceiling/room fans, linen, towels, cable TV, VCR,
radio, laundry facilities on-site, stove, range,
& refrigerator, to name a few. Daily maid
service is not provided, and be sure to request a
handicap accessible room if needed. These are
non-smoking rentals.
The condo complex
is a low-rise, four-story building built in
the mid-1970's - you are right on the ocean. Makaha Surfside is not a
luxury building, but if you are looking for
secure, clean, & adequate accommodations with
a Wonderful View at a GREAT rate,
Surfside is the place! Save your hard-earned
dollars for more of what Oahu has to offer :)
Golf, snorkeling and
beach, hiking, restaurants, grocery stores,
dolphin watching and tour, deep sea fishing,
tennis, and a library are within an easy commute.
Hawaiian
Adventures Water Park, Paradise Cove luau and Germaine's luau, and the second
city of Kapolei (sporting a 16
plex movie theater) are within a short drive.
Just about 45 minutes from Honolulu
International Airport and another 15
minutes to Waikiki, its a pleasant commute either
by automobile or The Bus.

Policies: There is a fully refundable Security/Key Deposit of $150. When the condo is not damaged and the keys are returned the refund is made. (Happily, 99% of our guests have received a full refund!) Rates are based on a maximum of 4 people, and there is a charge of $50 per additional person weekly. A 1/3 deposit will reserve this condo, with the balance due 60 days prior to arrival. Your payment will be fully refunded minus a $50 Administration Fee if cancelled more than 46 days prior to arrival. Payment will be 50% refundable if cancelled 30 to 45 days prior to arrival. There is no refund if cancelled less than 30 days prior to arrival. If we are able to re-rent the condo, then we will gladly refund your money.

Money orders, personal or cashier's checks are preferred but if you choose to pay at PayPal, there will be an additional 4% fee.
