This chart represents all the sales in Makaha Surfside over the past 3 years. We can see the most sales have occurred in the Month of May (10). If we assume a 45 to 60 day closing, on average, we could say that the best time to list a property in Makaha Surfside, would be Feb/March. There is also an interesting “step-up” pattern from October thru February.
Also interesting to see, is how slow the summer months are (Jun-Aug) and then a BIG September.
